There are many books out there about wine, but if I had to choose the most informative and entertaining one, The Wine Bible would be it. Let’s face it, professionals in the wine industry can sometimes be preachy and arrogant. Author Karen MacNeil is not one of those people. She makes wine approachable and fun, explaining confusing concepts in ways that are easy to understand. I get asked often by folks who want to learn more about wine, “what book is best for beginners?” My answer is always The Wine Bible
